This course provides a high-level understanding of business analysis fundamentals and its benefits. Participants learn what skills are needed to identify business needs and recommend relevant solutions from an experienced business analyst. Participants leave with a basic understanding of what business analysis is, why it is important, and how to articulate the relationship between business analysis, project management, and organizational change management. This course serves as a foundation on which other business analysis courses build.
